Download your subscription invoices

Every TrainerPlan subscription payment made on the web is processed securely by Stripe and generates an invoice (subscriptions bought through Apple or Google in the mobile app don’t show invoices here). You can download your invoices directly from your account — here's how.

Add your billing details

• In the web app, go to My Profile → Billing.
• Under Billing Information, fill in the name (or company name) and address you want to appear on your invoices.
• Check I have a VAT number and enter it. Your invoices become available for download once a VAT number is saved.

Download your invoices

• Once your VAT number is saved, a Billing History tab appears on the same page, with a Subscription Invoices section listing your paid invoices.
• Click the download link next to an invoice to get the PDF — your billing details and VAT number are included on it.
• Monthly subscriptions show invoices from the current and the previous calendar quarter; annual subscriptions show invoices from the current year.

Don't have a VAT number, or need an older invoice?
