Add your logo and brand colour

With Branding you can replace the TrainerPlan logo with your own logo and choose a header colour, so your athletes see your brand every time they check their training, leave a comment or message you. Your custom logo and colour appear in the web app, the mobile app and the emails your athletes receive.

Add your logo and colour

1. Click your profile picture in the top-right corner and select My Profile.
2. In the menu on the left, click Branding.
3. Under Logo, choose your logo file. A preview appears next to it.
4. Under Header color, pick a colour or enter its hex code (for example, #4295D8).
5. Click Update.

Where your brand appears

• Web app: your logo replaces the TrainerPlan logo in the top bar, and the bar uses your header colour.
• Mobile app: your logo appears at the top of the screen, on a header in your colour.
• Emails: invitations, email notifications and the daily and weekly workout emails show your logo on your header colour.

You and the coaches on your team see the same branding as your athletes.

Remove your branding

To go back to the standard TrainerPlan look, open Branding and click Reset default. This removes your logo and header colour.

Good to know

• Branding is included in the Elite plan and in custom plans, and you can also use it during your free trial. It isn't available on other plans, and if you move to a plan that doesn't include it, your logo and colour stop showing.
• Only the account owner sees Branding. If you work in a coaching team, the owner's logo and colour apply to the whole team and all its athletes.
• The logo must be a JPG, PNG or GIF file of up to 1 MB. It's shown in the header bar, so a horizontal logo that's easy to read at a small size works best.
• There is one colour setting, Header color, and it only changes the header. The rest of the app keeps its standard colours.
• Your athletes still download and use the TrainerPlan app. Your brand appears inside it.
