Masterclass #8 · Your brand in TrainerPlan

How to put your brand in front and TrainerPlan behind: you upload your logo and choose the header colour, and that is what your athletes see on the web, in the header of their app and in the emails TrainerPlan sends on your behalf. You will also see how to create your public profile, a page of your own with a link you can share with anyone who wants to train with you.

Your logo and your colour

1. Open Settings and go to Branding.
2. Upload your logo.
3. Pick the colour for the header.
4. Save the changes.

There is nothing else to do. From then on your athletes see your logo and your colour, and not TrainerPlan's.

Where your brand appears

• On the web: your logo and your colour are in the header, and that is what your athletes see every time they log in.
• In the emails: they appear in the emails TrainerPlan sends on your behalf, such as the invitation, the weekly summary or a payment reminder.
• In the app: when your athlete opens the app on their phone, the first thing they see is your logo in the header.

Your public profile

Just below Branding you have the Public Profile: your own page inside TrainerPlan.

1. Enter the name you want to appear under, your web address, a description, the services you offer and your rate.
2. Add your photo and a header image.
3. Link your socials.
4. Switch the profile on.

Once it is on, you have a link you can share with anyone who wants to train with you.

Your page seen from outside

Anyone who opens the link sees your page with your photo, your description, your services and a button to get in touch. The link is yours: you can send it by WhatsApp or put it on your Instagram.
