Pay your coach online
Pay your coaching fees by card or SEPA Direct Debit from TrainerPlan: one-off and automatic payments, changing your card, cancelling and invoices.
Your coach can ask you to pay your coaching fees online. You pay by card or SEPA Direct Debit on Stripe’s secure payment page, straight to your coach. TrainerPlan never sees or stores your card details.
Where you pay
When your coach sets up an online payment you receive an email and a notification with a link. You can also open Payments from your account menu at any time: what you have to pay is at the top.
A one-off payment
Under To pay, click Pay now, pay on Stripe’s page and you are brought back to TrainerPlan. It is a single payment: you won’t be charged again.
A recurring payment
- Under Automatic payments, click Set up payment.
- Stripe’s page tells you when the first payment is taken and how often it repeats. Enter your card or bank details and confirm.
- From then on each period is charged automatically. Your Payments page shows “Paid automatically” with the date of the next charge.
Change your card or fix a failed payment
Click Change card to use a different card for the next charges. If a charge fails, Stripe tries again and you get an email; click Update card and pay to settle it straight away.
Cancel an automatic payment
Click Cancel automatic payment. You won’t be charged after the period you have already paid, your coaching continues and your coach is told. You can add a message for your coach.
If you disconnect from your coach or delete your account, your automatic payments are cancelled right away.
Invoices
Each payment you have made has an invoice you can download from your Payments page. Your coach can also have it emailed to you when you pay.
Payments your coach tracks by hand
If your coach did not choose online payment, you pay them directly as you agreed (bank transfer, cash…). The payment still appears on your Payments page, so you both know what is due.
