The payments summary, how to create a payment for one or several athletes, your products, overdue payments with reminders and each athlete's history.
How to manage your business's money inside TrainerPlan: the summary of payments for the period, creating a payment for one or several athletes, your products with their amount and frequency, overdue payments with a reminder by email and app, and each athlete's payment history.

The Payments page
At the top you have the summary for the period, and each value filters the list in one click:
- Total
- Pending
- Paid
- Past Due
Below you have the chart by day, month or year, and all the charges with their status, frequency and next due date.
Create a charge
- Click Create payment.
- Choose the client. You can select several at once if you charge them the same.
- Choose the product. If it does not exist yet, create it right there, as explained below.
- Set the start date. If you give no end date, the charge repeats until you cancel it.
- Save. The payment appears in your list with its next due date.
Products: amount and frequency
If the product does not exist yet, you create it while creating the payment, with the +. Enter:
- The title.
- The amount.
- The currency.
- The frequency: weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly.
The product is saved to reuse with the rest of your athletes.
Overdue payments and reminders
If someone is running late, you see it under Past Due. Send reminder sends them a notice by email and in their app, without you having to write it.
Catalogue and athlete profile
Products holds your catalogue of services: the amount, the frequency and how many athletes each one has. And on each athlete's profile you have their own Payments tab, with their full history.
