What you see when your athlete syncs their watch: the workout chart with heart rate, pace, power and altitude, the laps, the actual time in each zone, their peaks and records, a summary written by AI and the conversation with your athlete. And the same on their phone.
The video is narrated in Spanish. Turn on the English subtitles from the player's settings.

The session arrives completed
When your athlete syncs their watch, the session is marked as completed and arrives with its data: the actual distance, time and pace, and the session's Effort.
The workout chart
- Open the completed session and click Analyze.
- At the top you have the workout chart, with altitude, heart rate, power and pace.
- Switch each line on or off, and choose whether to view the chart by distance or by time.
Laps, splits and intervals
Below the chart you have the laps: the warm-up, each interval and the recoveries, with their pace, elevation and heart rate.
If you prefer a different breakdown, open the dropdown and choose:
- Splits per kilometre.
- Auto intervals, which TrainerPlan detects on its own.
Time in zones
Time in zones shows where the athlete really was during the session. Right below you have the same by pace zones, with that athlete's ranges.
Peaks and curves
- Peaks: their best efforts by duration, from five seconds to half an hour, with a mark when they are a personal best.
- Performance Curves: how heart rate drops as the effort gets longer.
AI summary
If you want the summary in two sentences, click the star. TrainerPlan reads the session, compares it with the latest workouts and tells you what happened.
Comments with your athlete
Comments holds the conversation with your athlete. They say how they felt and you reply from the same screen. The star summarises the thread or suggests a reply.
On the athlete's phone
Your athlete sees the same on their phone, without leaving the app: the summary, planned versus actual, their laps and their time in zones.
That is how the loop closes: you plan, your athlete trains and the session comes back with all the detail to decide what is next.
